1. What extra items does this Platinum Plus Kit include over your normal Platinum Cleaning kit?
   
   On top of all what our Platinum cleaning kit includes, the extra items in this Platinum Plus Kit are — 5L Concentrated Motorcycle Cleaner, 1L Durable Refill Bottle. This is perfect for anyone who wants all of what our Platinum Kit offers that cleans frequently. This will keep even the most regular detailer going for some time!
2. Will i need any other items for cleaning my bike?
   
   This is our Platinum Plus Cleaning Kit and includes everything you require for motorcycle cleaning (excluding some water, of course!) and detailing to your bike and helmet cleaning. This comes with everything to get your bike & helmet clean from road dirt and grime and polish back to that showroom shine. It can all be kept safe after use in our 30L bucket with screw top lid and it's fully mobile with additional storage space thanks to our included Bucket Wheel Dolly. 5L of our concentrated cleaner will last some time and can be used neat as a light degreaser.
3. Do you offer a quality cleaning kit at a cheaper cost?
   
   Yes! We offer a Platinum Cleaning Kit, Gold Cleaning Kit, Silver Cleaning Kit and Bronze Cleaning Kit which are cheaper alternatives, still offering a great range of cleaning products included.
4. Do I have to dilute the Motorcycle Cleaner?
   
   Included in this Platinum Plus kit you get 1L of our ready to use cleaner, this is ready to go out the bottle. You also get 5L of our Concentrated Cleaner, this can be diluted with water to make 25 Litres of cleaner. Can be used stronger or weaker depending on amount of soiling. Or used neat as a light degreaser for chain cleaning etc.
5. How long do you have to leave the cleaner on before washing off?
   
   For the ready to use cleaner (and concentrated mixed at 4:1) we recommended leaving on for around 2-3 mins for average cleaning. Maybe a minute or two longer for heavily soiled bikes.
6. Will the Microfibre Towel replace the use of a traditional Chamois leather?
   
   Yes, Microfibre towels are superior to traditional leathers, they make the process of drying much easier.
7. Are there any precautions I should know about using this motorcycle cleaner?
   
   Using this cleaner in direct sunlight and allowing the liquid to dry should always be avoided with any cleaner of this nature.
8. Will this cleaner hurt my skin or eyes?
   
   The cleaner will not harm your skin, but wash off with clean water if you come in contact after use. This cleaner should be kept away from eyes as it can cause serious eye irritation.
9. How should this cleaner be stored?
   
   The product should be stored in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight and out of reach of children.
10. How quick is delivery?
