Trade Accounts
Although we sell direct to the public through our website, we are able to offer trade terms to Motorcycle Dealers/Retailers & Motorcycle Workshops.
You must be able to provide one from each of the following information:
1. Business Cards/Letterheads/Compliment Slips/Company Logo.
2. Website/VAT Number.
3. Physical Company Address (with business frontage).

Question? How do I apply for a trade account?
Answer: Please email us at [email protected] with your company address, either your website or VAT number and a copy of either: Business card, Letter headed paper, Compliment Slip or Company Logo. Please note: Your company must show it is clearly related directly to the Motorcycle Industry.
Question? Do you offer credit accounts?
Answer: No, all new Trade Accounts are opened on a 'Cash Account' basis. Payment must be made up front by either credit card or bank transfer.
Question? How long will it take for my account to be approved?
Answer: We will get back to you within 2 business days (usually much quicker).
Question? What discount will we receive?
Answer: You will receive our standard trade discount, the specific percentage will be notified to you when/if your account is approved.
Question? Is it possible to get even more discount?
Answer: Yes, for purchases in bulk (25 or more units) we may be able to offer increased discounts. Please contact us for more information.
Question? How do we place an order?
Answer: Unfortunately we are unable to offer trade orders via our website. To order simply call us on: 01245 322331 or email: [email protected] with the items you would like to order. We can provide a pro-forma invoice if required.
Question? Is there a minimum order quantity?
Answer: No, there is no minimum order quantity nor time limit to place an order.
Question? Do you have point of sale material?
Answer: Although we are primarily a web based company we do usually have leaflets/brochures etc for our most popular products. We are happy to provide a quantity of these for your store.
